	RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
	Ragga was a joint project of the University of Iceland, Iceland Telecom, and Hex Software, in cooperation with Nuance (formerly ScanSoft). The purpose of the project was to build a new text-to-speech system for Icelandic. The project was supported by the LangTec Fund and finished in 2006.
